  • What are the shipping methods and shipping times? add
    Our U.S. express shipping usually takes 2 working days. During holidays (Easter, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) deliveries may be delayed.
  • How much does it cost to ship to the United States? add
    Shipping in the United States is free from 3 products (excluding merchandising).
  • I need to place an order outside of the United States. add
    In order to ship to the United States please place your order from our EU site.
  • When will my product be delivered? add
    The products will be delivered according to the timing given by the selected shipping method. In regards to delivery days, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not to be considered.
  • Where is my order? add
    As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email from the UPS courier containing the tracking number from which you can follow the progress of the shipment. If you already have tracking, click here to find out the status of your shipment.
  • I haven’t heard from the UPS courier, what should I do? add
    In this case you need to contact our customer service and we will give you all the necessary support.
  • Delivery problems add
    All problems related to delivery (customer not present, release to a UPS access point, delivery to the wrong customer, customer not on the list, etc.) will be communicated directly by the UPS service via e -mail, or you can find them from the courier portal by typing the tracking number of your shipment. If necessary, please contact us at customer service using the appropriate form.
  • How to apply a discount code? add
    The discount code can be applied before completing the purchase, in the appropriate 'DISCOUNT CODE' box during check-out. Shortly thereafter, you will see the discount applied in the order summary.
  • Discount code not working. add
    If the discount code in your possession does not work it could depend on several factors. For example, the discount code may have expired, or it may have restrictions, such as a minimum purchase price or validity only for certain products. If you have any problems with the discount code, do not hesitate to contact us.
  • How can I receive discount codes? add
    To receive discount codes you must subscribe to our newsletter in order to stay up to date on any specific promotions or discounts. As soon as you sign up, you will receive 10% off your first order on all of our products.
  • Can I change an order after confirming it? add
    Since this is an automatic procedure, after completing the purchase process it is no longer possible to change the quantity or type of products chosen. In this case, we ask you to notify our customer service as soon as possible, who will cancel and refund the entire order. (link) If the error concerns entering data, the shipping or billing address, please contact us immediately. (link) We will try to solve the problem as quickly as possible. We remind you to always check the order carefully before concluding the purchase.
  • Is it possible to include multiple recipients in the same order? add
    It is not possible to specify multiple addresses and / or recipients within the same order. In order to ensure adequate traceability of the products, we ask you to assign only one shipping address for each order. If you want to include multiple shipping addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
  • My product is damaged or did not conform to my purchase. add
    For any complaints and / or refund requests relating to the product, please contact us at 'ordini@olivieri1882.com' specifying the order number and attaching photos illustrating the problem. Complaints must be received within 3 days of receiving the goods.
  • How can I add a greeting card to my order? add
    Our site offers the option of adding a personalized greeting card to the order for free. Immediately after adding the products to the cart, simply check the 'ADD A GREETING CARD' item and enter the text in the appropriate note.
  • My order is a gift: will the recipient receive the invoice or proof of purchase inside the package? add
    No invoices are included in the package. If the buyer requests it, they will only receive the invoice by e-mail showing the purchase price.
  • Is it possible to pay on delivery? add
    Payment on delivery is not foreseen. We only accept payments by credit card or PayPal.
  • How can I request an invoice? add
    The invoice can be requested during the online purchase procedure. Once you have entered all the desired products, at the bottom of the cart you will find the 'Request an Invoice' option. Once the flag is set, you can proceed and complete your purchase by clicking on the black 'Buy Now' button. Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link, through which you will be directed to a form to be filled in with all the data necessary for billing, within 24 hours of receipt. The copy of the invoice will be issued within 10 working days.
  • Expiring date. add
    All our products are artisanal and handmade. Panettone, Pandoro and Colomba have a shelf-life of 50/60 days. To receive information about all of our other baked goods, please contact us.
  • How can I properly store the products? add
    Since these are artisanal products, therefore without preservatives, we advise you to store them carefully, in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources, avoiding sudden changes in temperature.
  • I can't solve a problem; how can I contact customer service? add
