Something we missed for sure in Olivieri 1882, during the pandemic, is the connection with people, both from human and working point of view.
Thanks to the invitation from Pitti Foundation, we were finally able to savor it again, being hosts at the 15th edition of Pitti Taste, in Florence.
The event, which lasted 3 days, gave us the opportunity to meet in person some of our loyal customers from all over the world, as well as many new contacts interested in our products, introducing and tasting our leavened products that had a great success.
Visitors were able to taste our musts. The award-winning Panettone Classico, extremely soft with an elegant but decisive taste, produced exclusively with live mother yeast and stuffed with 5 Crowns Australian Sultana Raisins and Artisanal Candied Orange. In addition to different flavors of Colomba, from the Classic one to the beloved Triple Chocolate Colomba.
However, it’s not over! Indeed, we took part as protagonists at one of the ‘Fuori di Taste’ events!
"Koob Taste", a tasting led by Leonardo Romanelli to discover wines, finger food and our leavened products, took place among Koob Experience artworks, in Borgo Ognissanti in Florence.
Heartfelt thanks to all the people who visited our stand and participated to the Koob Taste experience, showing great interest in our work.
