Classic Colomba is the traditional Easter cake.
Our Colomba is made only with natural sourdough and the dough passes through a 4-day processing time.
Within our Classic Colomba "historical recipe" the candied orange are hand cut and minced into the dough to give our Colomba a unique and natural orange scent in honor of the historical recipe.
We fill it with candied orange. It’s covered with a sugar glaze, which is enriched with almonds. You can find little black dots of Bourbon vanilla inside. Colomba is a rich but highly digestible cake, thanks to first choice raw materials and a long rising technique. It’s completely free from preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings and vegetable fats. 100% prepared by hand with passion since 1882, in keeping with tradition.

How long do leavened products last?
All our products are artisanal and handmade. Panettone, Pandoro and Colomba have a shelf-life of 90 days. To receive information about all of our other baked goods, please contact us.
How can I properly store the products?
Since these are artisanal products, therefore without preservatives, we advise you to store them carefully, in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources, avoiding sudden changes in temperature.
