VALENTINE'S CAKE is a heart-shaped leavened cake. It's made with the same dough used for our award-winning Panettone. We use only natural and top quality raw materials like half-candied wild strawberries and Valrhona dark chocolate 55% to obtain an excellent result in quality, taste and voluptuos scent. 100% prepared by hand with passion since 1882, in keeping with tradition.
